Take Aways

The process of designing EnergyOne was quite challenging as there are not products like it. So, a lot of primary research had to be done. Also, the business owners had already gone ahead with some things which made changing the user journey difficult. However, the new challenge posed a new lesson, and it was a success at the end of the day.
